Return Rights and Instructions
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 28 days of receiving your goods.
Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will provide either a replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
Cancelling Your Order Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please email info@oldirishposters.com with your name, address and order details.

Returning Goods After Delivery
If you wish to return your order after receiving it, please return the item(s) securely packed in the original tube.
Please include your order details and let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, we offer a simple Photo Return process.
Please take a photograph of the damaged item and a photograph of the packaging it arrived in, then email both images to info@oldirishposters.com.
Please include:
- The name of the poster(s)
- A brief description of the damage
- Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund
Your request will normally be processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). We will then confirm by email that your replacement has been dispatched or that your refund has been processed.
